Gozo & Comino

Template One

Gozo, Malta’s sister Island, is renowned as the mythical Island of Calypso. Though there are only five kilometres of sea between Malta and Gozo, the Islands are distinctly different from each other. Gozo is a third of the size of Malta, more rural and tranquil.

While authentic houses of character have been renovated to suit the most exigent contemporary clients, the Island also has hotels and other accommodation options for incentive groups.  Gozo is almost always included in delegates’ social programs as well as pre and post conference leisure-time arrangements. It is particularly renowned for team-building events, dinners, barbeques, active day tours and outdoor events. Moreover, the Island is a conference and incentive destination in its own right.

Moreover, Gozo is home to one of the UNESCO world heritage sites offering a few of the remaining oldest free-standing temples in the world, the Ġgantija Temples notable for their gigantic Bronze Age structures.  Despite having a tranquil ambience Gozo has various restaurants and lounges and is well known for the celebrations for Carnival in Nadur. Apart from this, Gozo also offers unique diving spots around the Island providing a memorable experience for divers and boat enthusiasts.

The size and natural setting of the Island conspire to make it a prime location for incentive groups wishing to experience the Island’s laid back lifestyle, culture and cuisine. The Island’s atmosphere and landscape is also very well suited to making the most of the outdoors and enjoying the temperate Mediterranean climate.

Comino is a small Island situated between Malta and Gozo. This Island is popular mostly for incentive related to sporting activities such as snorkeling, diving, and trekking, The Island’s main attraction is the Blue Lagoon- a site which is normally visited during delegate’s journey to Gozo or as part of the social program on board a privately owned luxury yacht cruise or Chaudron. Comino is also included as part of cruises aboard a traditional gullet where a standing reception, lunch or dinner can be arranged for delegates.
